Cross country and track coach at Penn State Schuylkill campus from 2007 to 2020. Online personal training for beginner to experienced runners of all ages and abilities. I have coached runners from around the world in races from the 5K to the marathon.

I gather input from my student, assess his or her goals and objectives. Then I base my tutoring approach accordingly. Through experience, I realize that sometimes goals require adjustments and I am willing to make those adjustments during the course of training.
