About Alexandra
I am a multidisciplinary artist living Montreal, Quebec. I graduated from the Ontario College Of Art and Design University with a major in printmaking in 2011 with a love for DIY culture and a desire to boldly showcase my drawings and support my music projects. I have been a student of music since I was seven when I started private voice lessons. For the last six years I have dedicated my life to growing my solo music project Petra Glynt and my skills as a music producer. I have released three self-produced albums, played numerous festivals, and toured The US, Europe, and the east coast of Canada

About the lesson

This will be an introduction to recording sound using Ableton Live. Any version is accepted.
I will go over the basic functions of the software to get you started with recording.
For beginners, the goal of the the class will be to create a piece containing two or more instrumentations (voice, percussion, keyboard, etc.), unless the student's goal is simply to record voice (for radio, podcast, etc.).
For those that know basic functions, I can offer a more intermediate level to suit your personal goals.
