I have been an ardent yoga practioner from past 7 years.. Together with hatha yoga asanas ,scriptural study, physiology,ethics lifestyle,yoga anatomy, I am proficient in teaching and also with mind relaxation techniques.i have been qualified with the certification from yoga alliance in association with Bodhi school of yoga.
