Meera has helped me immensely heal my nervous system. Through pranayama, I’ve seen big changes in my anxiety and stress levels. I find myself feeling lighter, more mindful and more calm throughout the day. Meera is a warm and kind teacher. Her one on one approach is tailored to her clients and what their needs are and what they want to work on. She’s clear and explains every thing you do in class, paying close to attention to make sure her client understands and is doing the technique correctly. I’m so grateful I met Meera. Adding pranayama into my daily practice has changed my life for the better.

I've been practicing with Meera for over 2 months now. Meera is an excellent yoga teacher, she is knowledgeable, she explains well the pranayama and asana exercises, has good pace and is very patient. Meera has attention to detail to ensure perfect practice. She may alter my practice if I have an acute issue (from intense gardening for example). The absolute best thing for me is that she teaches pranayama (with mudra). I don't think that yoga teachers who go beyond asana are easy to find. Meera teaches online one to one which suits me very well.

I attended Meera's summer yoga classes last year and it was an amazing experience. She is a highly skilled yoga teacher who is knowledgeable about various yoga styles and techniques. her classes are well-structured and thoughtfully designed, which creates a conducive environment for all students to practice yoga regardless of their level of experience. She has a natural ability to explain complex yoga poses in a simple and understandable way. As a result, students are able to learn and master poses with ease.

What sets Meera apart is genuine care and concern for her students. She takes time to understand students' needs, limitations, and goals. This allows her to personalize classes to meet the individual needs of each student. She is patient, supportive, and always available to answer questions and offer guidance.

Meera has been a wonderful teacher. I have been doing prenatal yoga with her throughout my pregnancy. She tailored the classes to my specific needs and helping me very much. Highly recommend working with her :)

I have been learning yoga from Meera for the last 2 months and I must say it has been a wonderful experience. Her class has the perfect combination of pranayam, stretching and asanas. She pays particular attention to each individual's personal requirement and guides them accordingly. She conducts the classes with dedication and spends time guiding each participant with the correct postures. I feel energised at the end of our class. I must say my body's flexibility has improved.
