About Matheus
I'm a physiotherapist. I have been studying and practicing yoga for 5 years. I have experience teaching classes at different levels with Hatha Yoga. I recently started the study of integrative yoga and yogatherapy. I have been available to help those who seek me.

I use Hatha Yoga or Vinyasa Flow methods to conduct classes. I give virtual group and individual classes to those who would like to improve their integral health during this quarantine period. Classes can focus on chakras, breaths, strengthening postures, balance, meditation or relaxation depending on the needs of each student.
