I started practicing yoga 5 years ago; in 2012 I completed a certification in the studio "Strala Yoga" in New York City. I have taken additional courses and leaded classes at gyms, pole dance studios and private lessons ever since.

Jocelyn es una excelente instructora de Yoga con un trato personal muy agradable que inspira tranquilidad, amabilidad y confianza. Estructura muy bien sus clases en base a los requerimientos de los alumnos y con un buen ritmo. Sabe brindar apoyo en las posturas que así lo requieren de una manera segura. Al finalizar la sesión de Yoga con Jocelyn uno se siente agradecido y mejorado. Muy recomendable llevar la práctica del Yoga con esta magnífica instructora.
Es excelente maestra! Porque conoce muy bien como trabajar cada parte del cuerpo sin lastimar pero si permitiendo la progresión. Es cuidadosa en caso de haber lesionado y su técnica ayuda mucho a que se trabaje sin dolor.
Jocelyn es super atenta y abierta. Aparte de ser super linda como maestra y como persona en general. La recomiendo completamente a cualquier persona que este interesada en empezar o continuar con cualquier entrenamiento de yoga!
