Hi There! This is your Teacher Priyanka Gupta. I have 8 years of experience in practical yoga. I provide therapy sessions as well as general fitness depending upon your requirement. My classes are fun to do because a good teacher makes learning easy, interesting, and lots of joy. I'm dedicated to enhancing the overall well-being of practitioners. I have had PCOS for a long time and used to think there was no cure for it until I told her about my problem. Not only did she help me with yoga practices, but also with my diet.
She kept taking updates from time to time and helped me with new yoga postures. Within 2 months, I started seeing positive changes.
