About Nathan
My name is Nathan and I am a fitness enthusiast. I have spent many years training, studying and exploring the field of exercise science, completing my bachelors course. I currently train daily and I also enjoy boxing sessions.
During my beginner years, I was a skinny lad with a lack of confidence. I was lucky enough that my own determination towards personal development drove me to where I am today. I hope to share this same impact to people that would like to see a change in their lifestyle, particularly the physical aspects.

As your fitness coach, I offer an exercise science based approach to achieving desired lifestyle outcomes. Tailored fitness plans, goal setting, one-on-one discussions and personal training are some of the supports I can provide with my exercise science degree and knowledge.
