About Paula

I am a Wellbeing Coach and Yoga Teacher. I am here to help you to release stress and anxiety and to become happier an more fulfilled in your life. I work with individuals and with groups and am very passionate about helping others!

About the lesson

I teach the Sedona Method, which is a really powerful technique that allows you to reconnect with your natural ability to let go of anxiety, fear and emotional blockages. I usually offer sessions once a week in which we focus on whatever issue you would like to be freer around!
