My name is Lina, and I offer a space for you to gently discover the transformative power of Mindfulness Meditation.

My passion is sharing this practice as a peaceful invitation to step away from daily noise and begin cultivating your inner balance, clarity, and focus. Meditation and Mindfulness is a profoundly personal and customised experience, capable of bringing great benefits to your mental, physical, and spiritual health.

As a certified Meditation Teacher (qualified by The Priority Academy) and a Holistic Wellness Coach, my guidance is built on nine years of deep, dedicated practice. This foundation allows me to offer a calm, knowledgeable, and reliable path into meditation.

I specialise in tailored one-to-one online coaching for individuals, ensuring this powerful practice is accessible, sustainable, and genuinely transformative for every student. I also have vast experience leading group sessions.

Mindfulness Meditation is entirely focused on your unique journey. The practice is flexible, designed to be as simple as you need when starting out, or as advanced as you wish to explore.

If you are new to meditation, I will guide you through a gentle, step-by-step introduction to the fundamentals. We begin with techniques like simple Body Scans and Breathing Awareness to help you relax, build conscious focus, and become comfortable with the stillness.

For intermediate or advanced students, we deepen your practice. We can explore more profound forms of meditation, including:
-Working with Mantras
-Cultivating Loving-Kindness (Metta)
-Zen Meditation: Including Thought Observation and practices for Transforming Emotions, Values, and Beliefs through meditation.

  • How long have you been interested in the field of well-being and are you practising?

    I have been interested in a holistic approach to well-being since my childhood and have been practising different types of wellness occasionally since my teenage years. Since 2017 I have been practising mindfulness, meditation, reiki and other holistic health therapies daily and also teaching others meditation and relaxation techniques.
  • Tell us what your discipline can bring to people's lives.

    The benefits of mindfulness meditation daily and knowledge of how to relax bring balance to each daily routine, with which comes, health, concentration, peace and contentment. balance means different things to each individual, for some, it allows them to have mind space and capacity to achieve their goals and others to live peaceful and happy lives. with this knowledge, we can learn how to manage stress better, be more focused and productive as well as allow our bodies to relax properly so that we can get restful sleep throughout the night. These benefits are only available by learning and practising 'mindfulness meditation daily.
  • Could you provide some instant top tips to help us feel good in body and mind?

    There are lots of ways to feel good in your body and mind. Being mindful and allowing yourself to relax is a good place to start when feeling overwhelmed or stressed! Just sitting and listening to your own body is a step in the right direction.
  • How would you describe your method as a practitioner?

    My method is based on practice and support which you receive every step of the way, towards your improvement of meditation or stress management and balanced lifestyle practice.
  • With experience, are there things you have learned or unlearned about yourself or others?

    Meditation and mindfulness have been a constant learning experience, one that I love and will continue to do. When first starting, I don't think I ever could have imagined the changes meditation and mindfulness would bring about in my life. I understand myself better now than ever before, how my mind works and why it does what it does. Life has become less stressful, I'm a happier person now and when I am aware of myself I tend to think more positive thoughts and worry less.
  • Do you have a role model, a person who really inspired you?

    I am deeply committed to being my own role model and supporting others who reach their own success. But I'd be lying if I said I got here on my own. Above all else, I am inspired by the people who strive to make the world better for others and have been inspired by: Vishen Lakhiani, Sadhguru, Marisa Peer, Deepak Chopra, Buddha and Reiki philosophies ...etc
  • How do you personally relax; what methods work for you?

    I tend to use a blend of creative, intellectual, and physical activities as my main methods of stress relief. Meditation is my primary method, followed by a variety of artistic and physio outlets such as drawing, crafts and a variety of exercises. I meditate twice a day for 15min on regular bases and can meditate for hours if dealing with some extra stressful situation.
  • Tell us about a memorable lesson

    My most memorable experience as a teacher is when I see a clear change in people that meditation and relaxation brings. In almost every lesson I see their surprise when they can relax in one session and see the world through a more focused and empowered perspective.
