The service & Lessons are the result of my struggle and my understanding with my life, When I was living a careless life, in my adolescence and enjoying the college days, the Creator had other plans, he made me to Experience my true self, My Consciousness, which jolted the whole idea and concepts I had about my self, the whole description and identity I had created till then shattered in the sheer magnanimity of experience of my own consciousness. He Gave an opportunity to experience my consciousness without the influence of mind & Body, from then till today, I am researching to understand the purpose, Existence and reality of my life.

The Lessons I offer here, are the Mindfulness Practices I have understood in my journey through The holy scriptures and wisdom of the learned people from their experiences. I have been researching The Spiritual Scriptures, with the intention of understanding my Existence, for last 12 years. The Supreme Being of the Universe, the Almighty Creator, has blessed me with great deal of wisdom, now I have dedicated my life in this pursuit, to share this wisdom and practices.
The Methodology is to Make you Experience Your True Self , through Experiencing Your Mind , The thoughts coming into it, to be aware of the mind and the thought and finally Understanding What is this Awareness. How it is Evolved , How to not Corrupt it, What is its natural way of Evolution , Understand why we Suffer in life when we try to Swim against our own Awareness. How to Expand our Awareness, What is the Relation between Your Awareness and the Consciousness. Etc.
How to Experience Awareness in your Body & Mind . Science of Spirituality is Vast Subject but i could give you a glimpse into the World of reality.
