About Alexandra
As a certified 200 YTT (Yoga Teacher Training) graduate, I have honed my skills and deepened my understanding of the practice. My seven years of personal yoga experience have allowed me to cultivate a profound connection with the discipline, which I am eager to share with others.
My teaching method is rooted in a person-centered approach, where I attentively listen to your body's cues and adapt the practice accordingly. Each lesson plan is custom-tailored to meet your unique needs, ensuring a safe and fulfilling experience on the mat.
