About Renu
Hi! My name is Renupriya from chennai, Tamilnadu,India. I have completed Msc., yoga. I’m a yoga practitioner for 18+ years trained in Hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga, vinayasa yoga, Bikram yoga,”PCOD management”, FERTILITY for both male and female, prenatal and post natal, yoga for DIABETICS, yoga for THYROID, yoga for toning up and WEIGHT LOSS management, yoga for IBS, pranayamas, kriya yoga, weight loss management through yoga, animal flows, “FACIAL YOGA ”, ADVANCE pro level yoga asanas and I also teach circuit, strength, animal flows and cardio exercises. “Special weight loss program” for 3months is also undertaken which includes mixed workout. Learning yoga as a beginner student like you should learn the purpose of learning yoga in depth and feel that peace and lightness of yoga. If any big companies or colleges want to hire a partime or workshop yoga instructor through online or offline for yoga sessions can contact me. I’ve been teaching yoga classes online from 5 year old kids to 70+ age adults. So why you have to choose me as a yoga instructor? The answer is I know exactly how to train a kid or an adult in this 21st century. Kids think yoga is boring but I know exactly how to encourage them and make them to fell in love with yoga. I’m teaching for students all over the world like Switzerland, Germany, Hungary, Netherlands, Kenya, Kuwait,Singapore,UAE, Belgium, Canada,United kingdoms, India, France,USA, Malaysia, Australia etc.,. I can fluently communicate in both English and tamil. I am also flexible with your timings to teach yoga. Don’t worry how can someone learn online yoga I’m a master in teaching it in online. First attend my demo class and then join the classes. My motto is “Inhale the present and exhale the past”. Mine is one on one PERSONAL TRAINING FOR ONLINE LEARNERS . Never think fee will be higher for personal training I charge nominal fee. Based on my students requirement I schedule the days and the timing.
