About Avinandan
Hello! I’m Avinandan, a 4th-year B.Tech Mechanical Engineering student from Kolkata, West Bengal.
As a Mechanical Engineering student, I have developed a strong interest in engineering design, CAD modeling and simulation. AutoCAD is one of the tools I use as part of my engineering learning and design work.
I enjoy teaching CAD because it is a skill that becomes much easier when you actually practice it. Rather than only explaining commands, I prefer to demonstrate how and where they are used and then let the student apply them through practical drawings.
My teaching style is patient, step-by-step and beginner-friendly. I understand that the AutoCAD interface can initially feel overwhelming, so I start with the fundamentals and gradually introduce more advanced tools and techniques.
I can help beginners and engineering students learn 2D drafting, technical drawings, drawing organization, dimensions, layers, modification tools and efficient AutoCAD workflows.
My goal is to help students move beyond simply knowing AutoCAD commands and become comfortable creating accurate and properly organized technical drawings independently.

My AutoCAD classes are designed for beginners and engineering students who want to learn CAD from the fundamentals and develop practical drawing skills.
I focus on learning by doing rather than simply explaining commands. We work through actual drawings and exercises so that students gradually become comfortable using AutoCAD independently.
A typical class includes:
• Understanding the AutoCAD interface and basic settings
• Learning essential drawing and modification commands
• Working with layers, dimensions, text and annotations
• Creating accurate 2D technical drawings
• Understanding drawing standards and proper organisation
• Practising geometric and mechanical drawings
• Learning shortcuts and efficient workflows
• Completing practical exercises and assignments
• Doubt clearing and personalised guidance
For engineering students, I can also explain how AutoCAD is used for technical and mechanical drawings and help them understand the connection between engineering concepts and CAD drafting.
I adjust the pace according to the student's previous experience. Complete beginners can start from the basics, while students with some AutoCAD knowledge can focus on improving their drafting skills and workflow.
The classes are mainly intended for engineering and diploma students, beginners, and anyone who wants to develop a practical foundation in AutoCAD.
