• 1) Can you tell us about your first experience using a computer?

  Back in 2003 when I was a 3rd grader, my father bought a desktop computer for us. We used to play games and I was fond of racing and flying games. But as I grew older, I developed expertise in computer skills like touch typing, MS Office and SolidWorks etc.

• 2) What is the technological evolution that has marked you most and what will be, in your eyes, a turning point in this field?

  Connecting with people around the world with the advancements in the internet across the globe has changed my life.

• 3) Explain your expertise, your interest in it and, more broadly, its importance in the computer world.

  I am a mechanical engineer and I love to do technical drawing which these days is mostly done on softwares. So I have over 10 years of experience in 2D drawing, 3D modeling and assembly and simulation.

• 4) Do so-called 'visionaries', such as Bill Gates, Steve Jobs and Mark Zuckerberg inspire you or do you have other role models?

  No, these figures do not inspire me. I am a knowledge seeker with innate interest in technical drawing. I usually get inspired by historic scientists and mathematicians.

• 5) Provide a valuable anecdote related to your subject or your days at school.

  When I was enrolled in 3D modelling class back in 2013, my instructor assigned a class project. I had a model of a commercial airliner placed at my home. I created 2D drawings and followed by a 3D model in a software and dazzled my instructor at the end of the class.

• 6) What would you say to an uncomfortable person in front of a screen who says that "IT is too complicated"?

  I will advise him to think of the benefits of IT and then start practising to improve himself with discipline and consistency.

• 7) What are your other passions, related or non-related to computers?

  My other passions include research and development in the field of artificial limbs. I like working with sensors, actuators and mechanical and electronic components.

• 8) What makes you a Superprof in IT?

  I have been teaching different subjects and softwares to juniors, classmates and seniors since childhood. It gives me immense pleasure to help students in their subjects. It also increases my knowledge and expertise. Over the years, I have polished my skills in SolidWorks to such an extent that I can do anything in this software.
