About Montse
I have been practicing yoga for more than seven years. She does one that I practice as a Yoga teacher in companies and private classes. My students have acquired focus on their goals, controlling stress and maintaining a healthy and flexible body free of contractures. Facing problems with equanimity is what worked in my classes. Accept that things come and go. Be disciplined in the most chaotic moments of your life. To bring peace and serenity in these times is fundamental for my and my students.

I have done several workshops with professors such as Andrei RAM and Twee MERRIGAN. Always learning as a student. I try to always be aware of what Yoga puts at my disposal and then share my teachings with my students.
