About Nisa Linda

I understand what it’s like to have endless energy and struggle to sit still. Growing up, I had trouble focusing in the classroom, but everything changed when I discovered yoga and exercise. Movement became my outlet—a way to channel my energy, find balance, and create a powerful mind-body connection. This journey not only helped me focus but also fueled my passion for teaching others how to harness the power of movement. I’ve spent years sharing these lessons, even teaching my father, who is in a wheelchair, how movement can be adapted for all abilities. My approach is rooted in patience, understanding, and a deep love for helping students find joy, confidence, and empowerment through exercise. No matter where you’re starting from, I’m here to guide you toward feeling strong, focused, and in tune with your body.
