About Aurora
I am originally from South Italy, I moved in the UK about 7 years ago to attend a performing arts college.
I started taking Pilates at a young age during my Ballet training. I went back to it nearly 2 years ago after a foot /ankle injury put me to rest from dancing for a couple of months.
I always loved to know more about the body and always been passionate about health and wellness. Starting to teach Pilates and so deepening my knowledge felt like a natural development!
I found amazing how every movement in Pilates is connected to breathing and by doing so you will become more aware of your body and it will strengthen the mind-body connection.
I currently teach Dance and Gymnastics to children as well as Pilates to adults.

The classes will be based entirely on the clients need! It’s important that the student feels comfortable and safe during the class , so I will usually start explaining the basic principles of Pilates, incorporating them in exercise and at the same time I will analyse how the person moves and what they can and can’t do. From there I will make a plan based on the clients goals and what I think the person should work on based on their postures, habits and injuries.
The main focus will be building strength while keeping the muscles long, improving posture alignment, flexibility, concentration, balance and coordination, strengthening core
Classes will be low intensity but fun and challenging !!
