About Megan

I am a sport coaching and development university student who has aspired to be a personal trainer for the past 4 years. I have been coaching multi sports for 3 years now, and have even travelled to Madrid and coached there. I have been training in the gym for 5 years and have helped my friends train in the gym and set them fitness routines to help them get where they want.

About the lesson

I have only given lessons to my friends up to now, whether that’s with college work, university work, or gym work meaning nothing has been professional - however, this is the time to change as I hope to help you with your studies too.

I am very adaptable and will adapt to the way you learn the best, which gives the best outcome for you
