About Katie
I love running!!
I have been a runner and triathlete since the age of 10!
It is truly one of my greatest passions.
I studied anatomy and physiology as part of my undergraduate degree.
I also ran Track and Cross Country collegiately.
I love helping people and seeing them succeed. It brings me such joy, and being able to do so incorporating one of my biggest passions is even better!
