About Laura
I'm a proud British champion and multiple-time national medalist. My journey has taken me to the World Championships, European Championships, and as a finalist in the Commonwealth Games.
Holding a degree in sports science and coaching, I have extensive knowledge in coaching, nutrition, anatomy, and strength and conditioning-everything needed to help you perform at your best or achieve your fitness goals. As a teacher, I understand that everyone learns differently, allowing me to tailor my coaching approach to meet individual needs.
My passion for fitness drives me to share my expertise and help others reach their full potential.

Together, we’ll create a manageable schedule that maximizes your results and helps you achieve your high jumping or fitness goals.
