About Michael
Michael Salmon is a qualified piano instructor in Highwoods, Colchester, holding a Bachelor of Arts with Honours degree in music and the Associate, Licentiate and Fellowship diplomas in performance from Trinity College London.
He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his work, where he encourages pupils to achieve the highest standards possible and to enjoy the art of piano playing.
With over 20 years of piano teaching experience Michael has achieved much success with many satisfied pupils.

Piano tuition is available from ages 5 upwards and can accommodate all skill levels, whether you have previous ability or are starting from scratch.
Lessons are tailored to the individual's learning style and musical interests. Genres taught include classical, jazz, blues and pop. Students also have the option to do grades:
ABRSM grades 1-8
Rock School grades 1-8
Diploma
A typical lesson is 30 minutes in length. 45 and 60 minute sessions are available for more advanced pupils.
Piano lessons are conducted at Michael's home, in a friendly and relaxed environment, where pupils can learn at their own pace on a professional quality instrument.
