About Jay

I am not any kind of professional. I have studied management in business but I have suffered and stabilized my major mental health problems. I will explain strategies to maintain stress balance and it will give you a feeling of relaxation even when you are having stressful events.

About the lesson

I been suffered from different scenarios includes health concerns, financial, relationships concerns that are major factors and causes of anxiety and stress. At some age with no maturity its very hard to handle it.
But if you don’t know how to handle it will lead to major disorders.
