About Aadhyaa

I’m Aadhyaa, a professional counselor and psychology practitioner with over 3 years of experience working across diverse age groups and settings in trauma, mental health, and family violence. I am also the founder of Heal&Heal Therapy. I hold a BA (Hons.) in Psychology, a Master's in Counseling from Monash University, and an Advanced PG Diploma in Mindfulness and Presence-Oriented Psychotherapy from Just Being Center and TISS. My work blends academic knowledge with real-world experience, integrating evidence-based psychology with contemplative and mindfulness practices. I have a strong interest in helping people understand themselves and others, and my career has spanned clinical counseling, trauma support, and therapeutic education. I bring presence, professionalism, and genuine care into everything I do.

About the lesson

I’m passionate about making psychology both inspiring and achievable. My tutoring blends curiosity with academic success, helping you not just study but really understand people and the mind. With over 3 years of experience in trauma and counselling across age-groups and settings, I bring real-world insight into every lesson. Sessions (60 minutes) are interactive, using discussion, real-life examples, and exam-style practice so concepts feel clear and practical. Whether you’re a VCE student, at university, or returning to study, I’ll support you like a mentor who believes in your potential, guiding you to grow in confidence, clarity, and enthusiasm for psychology.
