About Rabia
Rabia has been actively working as a Pilates instructor for about 6 years. First, he started working at a Turist hotel in Antalya, where he soon became a popular instructor among its members.
Rabia believes in the benefits of Pilates and works to offer her clients a healthier and more active lifestyle. He believes that Pilates is an exercise not only for the body, but also for the mind, and therefore supports its members not only physically but also mentally.
Rabia has an in-depth training in Pilates and masters different Pilates equipment such as mat, reformer, cadillac, chair and barrel. She has also trained in other areas such as yoga, fitness and dance to help her clients with other exercise programs.
Rabia displays a selfless approach to its members and prepares a program according to the individual needs of each member. It offers carefully planned and fun lessons to keep its members motivated at all times.

I do my lessons with personalized programs considering the level, wishes and special situation of each student. I am a physical education teacher graduate and I have received training on pilates, yoga, hammock yoga both in Turkey and abroad. It doesn't matter whether you have done pilates before or not. Rabia hoca ile uzun zaman spor salonunda reformer pilates dersleri aldım.Fakat Türkiye de yaşamaya devam etmediği için derslere devam edemedik.Enerjisi ve tecrübesi ile bize ışık olduğu için,onu tanıdığım için çok mutluyum.Keşke hiç gitmeseydi.
Rabia Hoca ile uzun zaman yüz yüze pilates dersi aldım. Fakat şimdi Türkiye’de yaşamadığı için derslerimize online olarak devam ediyoruz. Enerjisi ile bana pilatesi sevdiren kadın onu gerçekten seviyorum.
