I have always struggled to get into yoga giving up after one class or not quite connecting to the teachers. However, Selen is a great teacher and I will be continuing to use her classes and cannot recommend it enough!

I know her back in old days cause I took yoga classes from her quite a long time. She is a good professional and knows what she is doing. Our classes were quite fun and educative. I would say that the best part was her patience and tolerance with the explanations, which was what I needed then cause I was a beginner. With that being said, based on my experience on yoga classes with her, I would strongly recommend her to the other folks in superprof.
