About Zehanca
I am a Physiotherapist with 6 years work experience and a passion for movement, sport, rehabilitation and conditioning of athletes all ages. I did various sports and competed in High jump on a Provincial level. Currently I enjoy long-distance running up to 21km. With all my previous experience I would like to assist others, as an athletic tutor or coach.

I base my classes or individual sessions on the athlete as a whole. I don't only focus on improving his/her athletic abilities, but injury prevention, correct conditioning for the sport as well as the mental health and emotional wellness of each individual.
