About Adrien
I started football in 2004, when I was 5 years old. It means that I have always been obsessed with a theme: Sport and performance. For me it was never just a question of "spend yourself to be healthy".
There is no harm in that on the contrary, but for me it positioned me on a starting line. This first starting line, I knew it at Elne FC where I was able to learn the basics as well as the discovery of a deep passion.
During all these years, I looked for ways to progress to my peak performance in football at the age of 17. Indeed, like this young age I was able to evolve in the Honorary Division with admiration for some of my teammates.
However, I was missing something ... Two years later, my performance decreases which plunges me into deep reflections on the causes of the latter. I play less and less for lack of time, to continue my studies in parallel until I quit football.
However, apart from these problems I knew from my childhood that I loved sport in its comprehensiveness. I remember that I always wanted to work in this environment. If you have followed me, you see where I am coming from, how do I link my passion for sport and performance with an activity?
I am learning that this activity exists: physical preparation. As soon as I was made aware of the existence of the latter, I decided to go headlong into this area.
Today, I am currently a physical trainer. It allows me to exercise the activity that corresponds to what I like. I want to bring my knowledge and my knowledge to help as many people as possible to achieve sporting goals (performance, health, well-being ...).
