About Urvi

Hi! I'm an Aerospace Engineering graduate with over 6 years of yoga practice. Yoga has been a big part of my life, helping me stay active, manage stress, and feel my best. I enjoy sharing what I've learned with others and creating a space where students can learn without feeling judged or pressured. My classes are friendly, easy to follow, and adapted to your goals, whether you're looking to improve flexibility, build strength, or simply make yoga a part of your routine.

About the lesson

Yoga isn't about touching your toes on day one it's about feeling better than you did yesterday. My classes are simple, relaxed, and adapted to your pace, so there's no pressure to "keep up." Whether you're trying yoga for the first time or getting back into it, I'll guide you through each pose, explain the correct technique, and make sure you feel comfortable throughout the session. Together, we'll work on improving flexibility, strength, balance, and mindfulness while enjoying the process. My goal is to help you build a practice that fits your lifestyle and leaves you feeling healthier, calmer, and more confident.
