I am a Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor, I give individual classes customized according to the student's needs. I explain the principles and fundamentals of the Pilates method for better understanding and enjoyment of the class. Body - Mind and spirit in tune. Try it!

Graduated in Physiotherapy from Universidade Paulista, graduated in the Pilates method, passionate about the human body and movement. I'm 24 years old, I'm from Brasil. Currently, I teach online classes, both theoretical and practical. I also offer university tutoring for undergraduate students in Physiotherapy (resolving physiotherapeutic clinical cases)
