About Abril
My name is Abril, I am a personal trainer and actress, for several years I have been practicing dance, yoga, Pilates, and training, I always liked to move my body in different ways and with different dynamics, but what interests me the most is to generate routines that are enjoyable with flexible and entertaining movements.
Currently I am studying and my trainings are for beginners so that together we can generate habits and a beautiful community of conscious movement!
I hope you like the idea, I am super patient and any questions that have is always welcome, we always work from a cool place and I'm sure we can have fun and work so that you can start to be your best version!

Group trainings are delivered online to small groups of beginners divided by age, with approaches adapted to what the group needs
For children from 7 to 10 years
for pre-adolescents from 11 to 13
adolescents from 14 to 18
young people
Groups can be set up between friends or with friends and depending on the situation, outdoor meetings can be arranged
Personalized trainings are given online and are set up according to the specific objectives they have
[ N] In training we are going to work the body, using elements and techniques of Pilates, yoga, functional, dance and body-building exercises with one's own body weight or elements found at home! For the most children with more dynamic and entertaining games and for older ages the classes are already more specific
