About Anne
Hi, my name is Anne and my mission is to spread the joy of movement and empower you to feel good in your body !
Currently, I teach movement, strength and breathwork practices to private, group and online students.
Growing up in Berlin, I spend the majority of my adult live in England, Australia and Asia, and have now returned to my roots.
If you want to change the way you feel and move in your body. If your are motivated to feeling balanced and strong and are ready to put in the work, then I am looking forward to meeting you!

A base element of my training is breathwork, which allows for effective training and recovery. I take inspiration from various disciplines and merge them into fun and interesting workout modules, which are catering to all ages and levels of abilities. Here you get to explore exercises taken from mobility, strength and skill building, using principles from dance, natural movement, yoga, calisthenics and traditional strength training.
