My name is Yuri Dioto. I’m a certified Bodybuilding Coach, Nutrition Coach, and Fitness Trainer with 15 years of experience and a bodybuilding athlete.
I love seeing people transform and progress through training, just as I did when I first started. Fitness is a serious part of my life, and I bring discipline, focus, and dedication to the work I do with every client.

About the lesson

I’m Yuri Dioto, a personal trainer, fitness coach, and nutritionist with 15 years of experience. I hold certifications in bodybuilding coaching, nutrition coaching, and fitness training, and I’ve been a bodybuilding athlete for over eight years.

We’ll find the training approach that works best for you, from beginner to advanced, and progress toward your goals efficiently. Sessions can include weight training, mobility, and cardio, tailored to your needs. I specialize in physique transformations, helping clients build muscle or lose fat safely and effectively.

I offer in-person training in Toronto, Mississauga, and Etobicoke. I speak Portuguese, English, and Spanish. Feel free to reach out with questions or to book a session.
