About Kristina

I have been a Certified Personal Trainer for 11 years. I previously owned my own studio called The Weight Room, where I specialized in strength training and powerlifting. I achieved my Strength and Conditioning certification from NSCF 4 years ago and have helped many people achieve their goals. I am also a homeschool mom for over 5 years now and believe learning holistic well-being is a great addition to any homeschool plan! Afternoon/midday classes available.

About the lesson

Structured, weekly meetings designed to provide the foundations to healthy well-being. From Fitness, nutrition, and personal health. Learn to structure and workout split, count Macronutrients (and what they are), learn some mobility exercises, and learn mindful practices to keep you holistically healthy! Mind, body, and Soul.
