My goal is not to be your trainer forever but to get you to a point where you are equipped with all the necessary information to venture confidently down your own physical journey.

I am not merely a personal trainer. I am a life coach and a practitioner of my teachings. I've studied thousands of hours of health, nutrition, psychology, and muscle mechanics and will help you thrive in all these domains.

I am a firm believer that there is no one-size-fits-all formula. Every person is different and deserves personalized, tailored support to meet their goals. Here is roughly what a lesson plan will look like:

1. Let's get to know each other: What's your background, and what are your goals?
2. How to develop an unshakable mentality.
3. Principles of exercise
4. Let's design you a workout plan.
5. Let's design a nutrition plan. What kind of diet should you adopt? What supplements should you take?
6. Constant check-ins and updates for form and progress.
