About Ewan
As a personal trainer and mental health advocate, I specialise in helping clients build both physical and mental strength through functional and weight-lifting approaches. My journey began when I found myself 20 kg overweight and struggling with my own mental health. With determination and support, I turned my life around, rediscovering confidence and well-being through fitness. Now, as a level 3 PT and mental health volunteer, I combine my personal experiences with professional expertise to inspire and guide others on their path to better health. Whether you're looking to transform your body, enhance your mental resilience, or both, I’m here to help you achieve your goals and feel empowered every step of the way.
