About Nicolas
I've been passionate about sports and fitness training since I was very young. Over the years, I've developed solid expertise in bodybuilding, strength training, calisthenics, and hydrox cross training, experimenting with different training methods and continuously learning how to optimize performance and progress. Sports have allowed me to develop discipline, perseverance, and self-confidence. Today, I want to share these values and support people who want to improve their physical condition, achieve their goals, or simply adopt a more active lifestyle.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, increase strength, improve your overall fitness, or learn the fundamentals of training, I create a program tailored to your needs and pace. My classes are suitable for both beginners and intermediate athletes looking to take their training to the next level. During our sessions, you will learn: • Proper form to prevent injuries. • The principles of weight training and strength training. • Bodyweight exercises (calisthenics). • Cross-training methods. • How to build an effective and sustainable routine. My goal is to provide you with the knowledge and motivation you need to achieve concrete and lasting results.
