About Steffan
I am a qualified personal trainer with many years' experience across multiple training areas including Strength training, Running, Cross training, Hyrox and Functional training.
I have worked city jobs for over 10 years in Technology and Finance so know the demands these roles have on your body.
The sitting all day, stress, work events, long hours can be demanding on your body so your training needs to be smart. All my training will be functional and designed to bulletproof your body, build strength and improve your cardiovascular fitness

About the lesson

The training sessions that I offer will be functional training based and will last 1 hour (shorter sessions are available by enquiry). These will consist of:
Warm up - Functional mobility to improve flexibility and mobility
Core Strength - Strength focused core section that will either be Full body focused, or have a focus (Legs/Push, Hinge/Pull) depending on the sessions signed up for.
Metabolic conditioning - Short high intensity workout
I can offer sessions at my gym in Fulham, at your home or office, or online.
Train at your office before work, at lunch, or after work.
Contact me for further details on the session or if you have any questions. Shorter sessions are available online at request.
The free 30 minute session will be a discovery session to work through the best plan for you and how we structure the seesions
