About Liam
Hi! I’m Liam. I’ve completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science and I’m currently studying a Master of Counseling and Psychotherapy. I really enjoy connecting with people and talking about psychology, personal growth, relationships, motivation and life in general.
I wanted to offer coaching because I genuinely enjoy helping people explore what’s going on in their lives, understand themselves a little better and work towards positive changes. My style is relaxed, supportive and conversational rather than overly formal.
Whether you want to build confidence, work towards a goal, improve motivation or simply have someone to talk things through with, I aim to provide a collaborative and non-judgmental space where we can explore things together.

I’ve completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science and I’m currently studying a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy. I offer personalised, psychology-informed coaching for people who want support with confidence, motivation, stress, goal setting, routines, personal growth or simply feeling a little more direction in life.
My sessions are relaxed, supportive and tailored to you. Rather than giving generic advice, I’ll take the time to understand what you’re dealing with, what you want to work towards, and help you explore practical strategies that actually fit your life.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before booking. You might simply want someone to talk things through with, help you stay accountable, build healthier habits or work towards becoming a more confident version of yourself.
My aim is to create a comfortable, non-judgemental space where you feel heard while also leaving sessions with practical ideas and clear next steps.
Please note that these sessions are coaching and psychology-informed support and are not a substitute for therapy, diagnosis or crisis mental health care.
