An integrated training method, Dahn Yoga combines deep and conscious stretching postures, breathing techniques, energizing, relaxing and meditating.
Its goal is to promote balance, harmonization and integration of the body-mind-emotions system, with based on the stimulation and unblocking of vital energy, known in the Orient as Ki, Chi or Prana. The regular practice of Dahn Yoga brings numerous benefits for physical, emotional and mental health.
For all ages and for pregnant women too. If you have any health problems, let the teacher know so he can teach you the adaptations you can make.

Details
I work with groups, the monthly fee for 1x/week is 200 reais and for 2x/week 270 reais. Currently only online classes via Zoom. Single classes, 60 reais per class (1 hour duration).
