About Emma
Hello! I'm Emma, your Ashtanga/Vinyasa yoga guide. My background is as a competitive gymnast, which is how I found my way into yoga. But I remain a student of yoga, too, and through my own practice and training, I have learnt the importance of mindfulness through movement - and that is at the core of what I'd love us to share. You get to show up in whatever capacity feels right to you on the day, and I am here to guide you through that!

I aim to create a safe space that removes the misconception of yoga being about aesthetics, and instead focuses on the importance of mindfulness through movement. As both a student of yoga, and as a guide trained in Ashtanga/Vinyasa, I believe in staying true to the roots of yoga. It is important to me for those sharing in the practice to feel nurtured and encouraged on their own yoga journey.
