To briefly introduce myself, My name is Sumit Shashikant Joshi and I am a certified yoga teacher from Adi Yogpeeth in Rishikesh Haridwar, conducting yoga classes as a freelancer in Mumbai for various age groups of people for one and a half year where I have gained experience in
1. Promoting services on the internet and coordinating with clients.
2. Maintaining a safe and friendly environment during the sessions.
3. Organisation of events to promote yoga and its benefits.
4. To be creative and arrange a unique phase of the session everyday.
5. And mainly known for Yog nidra (deep relaxation) at the end of the yoga session.

the online Yoga sessions will be conducted by the certified Yoga trainer Sumit Joshi. These 60 minutes will invite you to ‘make regular visits to yourself’, as Sumit suggests. We work on opening the body as we do some stretches to release any stagnation and stress - opening, stretching and twisting the spine, followed by SuryaNamaskar and Asanas And then we finish the session again with a short Savasana or Pranayam or Meditation.
