About Katherine
I have run multiple distance races in multiple countries, and I have been involved in fitness and running for nearly ten years.
Training for any race while balancing life's many responsibilities can be extremely challenging, and it's important to prioritize yourself - your nutrition, your sleep, your running, your strength-training, your recovery strategies - while still attending to other important things in your life. This can making training for a race more daunting, but I'll let you in on the secret: it's also what makes it that much more fun!
And you can do it! Sometimes, all you need to help you get to that finish line is a little extra support and guidance - that is what I am here for!

Having trained for multiple marathons both in the hills of Scotland and the high altitude of Colorado (while in vet school), I have fully experienced the physical, mental, and emotional challenges of becoming a distance runner!
Whether it is your first 5k/10K/half-marathon/marathon or your tenth, whether you are looking to PR or just to enjoy and achieve an awesome new goal, I am here to guide, encourage, and coach you!
