Hi, I’m Joey—a traveler, storyteller, and guide for inner exploration. After leaving a career at Apple and beginning a journey of healing and self-discovery, I now help others reduce stress, find balance, and reconnect with themselves through meditation, hypnotherapy, art therapy, and breathwork. My approach blends mindfulness with creative techniques, offering a unique path to emotional well-being. Whether you’re looking to manage overwhelm, heal from past experiences, or cultivate a more mindful way of living, I create a supportive space for growth—one intentional breath, one mindful moment at a time.
