About Karina
I have been playing piano since I was five years old. I studied classical piano music for 13 years and competed in many state competitions. I started teaching piano when I was 13 years old and have continued to teach both piano and other forms of performance arts ever since.

I give piano lessons to anyone who knows how to read! Usually, I recommend that students can at least be able to read sight words as it can help students understand the process of reading music. I love working with all individuals, even if other teachers have decided that a learning disability makes learning for that student too difficult. I individualize lessons for each individual and I would love to talk with you about your student and how I would teach them!
