About James
I am a qualified Occupational Therapist by profession and started my life in acting and in the study of martial arts. As a seeker I sought out recognised Buddhas and teachers and studied under a Buddha who achieved enlightenment through western practices of enlightenment. Sahaja yoga is an excellent simple method of enlightenment and I will provide you your realisation and support you in the techniques for this simple meditation. I am also a qualified Ruach healer having been taught directly by its founder Robert Zink and astral healing can be provided or I can teach you the methods it uses.

Vibration between people synchronise and not only can I teach exercises, but will meditate with you as you find peace and depth. Basic meditation will be in raising the kundalini, sitting in peace together to music and enjoying the benefits. This practice does not take long to become independent with, but you may sit with me for dedication. Advanced level will include exercises physically, breathing, and in visualisation (a tool but not necessary). Care James.
