I am graduated as a mindfulness meditation teacher from Mujer Holistica. This certification helped me to create a deep connection with my mind, soul and body, which was my higher achievement to start my personal and spiritual development process. My method is based on breathing exercises to regulate the nervoius system. The personzalized session is guided towards a visualization with calm music and soft words to increase confidence and happines theoug the day. These classes are for everyone who wants to improve the relation with the mind and increase wellness level daily.
