Ivo

Mic is one of the best personal training coaches I have had. He will work with you to help set your goals or achieve a specific goal you have, for instance doing 30-40 pull ups in one go or teaching you muscle ups or just having well varied and insteresting workouts that incorporates weight/resistance training and cardio. He will work with you in whatever setting and equipment available. He is very patient, respectful and very postice and encouraging, always focused on your goals! You can tell how good he is with just one session!

He initially goes at your pace, but knows how much you need to step-it-up to get to the goals YOU set at the start. His job is to keep you to those goals because he knows how happy his clients are at the end when he's a little tough on you in the middle.
