I specialize in the foundations of psychology, behavioral principles, emotional health, trauma recovery, self-concept, healthy relationships, stress management, and more.

Whether you are preparing for exams, deepening your personal growth, or building professional skills, I aim to make your learning experience engaging, meaningful, and transformative.

If you desire to gain mastery and confidence in the field of Psychology, book a lesson with me.

Meaningful learning happens when students feel safe, understood, and intellectually supported. I bring these principles to every session.

In every session, I create a supportive and empowering environment where you can be your authentic self, ask questions freely, and explore ideas without judgment. I begin by understanding your personality, learning style, strengths, and areas of challenge — because every learner is unique, and tailored support leads to better outcomes.

My lessons are rooted in evidence‑based psychological principles and best practices. I design and deliver material that is clear, structured, and relevant.
For academic learners, I help break down complex theories into digestible concepts and connect them to real‑world examples. For personal growth learners, I integrate practical insights that foster deeper understanding and self‑reflection.

Across lessons, I encourage:
-Critical thinking and analytical reasoning
-Creative application of concepts
-Reflection and self‑integration of learning
-Safe discussion of sensitive topics

I aim not just to help you memorize information, but to think psychologically, apply knowledge meaningfully, and grow in confidence and competence.

Lesson Structure
-Each lesson is 60 minutes long, offering ample time for:
-Focused explanation of concepts
-Interactive discussion
-Application exercises
-Q&A and recap

This structure ensures lessons are productive, paced appropriately, and designed for your progress.

My Qualifications & Experience
I am a licensed and registered Psychologist with specialization in Psychotherapy and Psychoeducation. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and am accredited by the Ministry of Health’s Counselors and Psychologists Board. I have 5 years of experience facilitating mental health trainings and therapeutic work.

My background enables me to teach with both academic rigor and applied relevance — bridging theory and practice in every lesson.
