About Naomi
Over the past two years, my focus has been on training and delving into the intricacies of the mind while providing guidance to those aspiring to master meditation. My interest in meditation initially sparked during mindfulness practice within yoga. It was only when I dedicated myself solely to meditation that I realised my proficiency in it.
Continuing my learning journey, I explored active meditation through online training, acquiring efficient techniques for manifesting desires with swift ease.
Recently, my path led me to Southeast Asia, where I completed intensive training to become a certified yoga teacher. Throughout the transformative 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, I delved into the profound teachings of yogic philosophy. This comprehensive training not only broadened my knowledge but also honed my proficiency in guiding students through deep meditation, assisting them in reaching the state of Samadhi. My ultimate goal is to facilitate a transformative journey, encouraging individuals to explore further and delve deeper into their own selves to understand the power of the mind.

Hello, I'm Naomi. My sessions typically begin with a friendly chat to establish a connection because I want you to feel at ease in a safe, open space. I aim to understand a little about your current mental well-being to provide appropriate guidance through our meditation practices.
I'll inquire about the specific goals you have for learning meditation, helping me tailor our sessions accordingly. Whether your aim is to achieve a calmer mind, gain self-understanding, or delve into the yogic philosophy and principles of discovering your higher self, I'm here to guide you.
I recognise that the idea of meditation can be intimidating for some. However, my role is to gently introduce you to the practice, making it as accessible as possible. I can offer tips, tricks, and guided meditations if you're interested. Your reasons for exploring meditation may be entirely unique, and I'm here to listen and support you in your journey, whatever it may entail.

I fully recommend her. She is empathetic and has a lovely soft and comforting voice.I wasn't sure about doing meditation at first but Naomi eased me into it and made me feel comfortable with the process. She's a really lovely person to talk to as well as a great teacher.
Naomi is the person with the highest emotional integration I have ever met. She has the most pleasant and soothing voice and knows how to say the right words. I really enjoyed doing the meditation under her guidance.. I highly recommend it
